What is it?

Is it for me if I can’t do many pull-ups?
Yes, as long as you can hang from a bar with straight arms and get your chin over it – with rubber bands if needed. The program uses rubber bands to adjust load, exactly like you’d adjust weight in a squat program. If you’re not there yet, start with the 4-week program or grab the bundle.
What equipment do I need?
A pull-up bar, rubber bands and some weights. Most of it you probably already have at home, and anything else is at your local gym.
How much time does it take?
Each session is 15-45 minutes, 2-4 times per week. It’s designed to supplement your existing training – not replace your life.
